美國速食店的套餐常用編號（the number two），直接講號碼最快。

2. 客製放餐點後面 → with no… / light… / on the side

先講餐點，再用 with 接客製，店員最好懂。

例：An iced latte with no ice.（冰拿鐵去冰。）
例：A burger with no onions.（漢堡不要洋蔥。）
例：A salad with the dressing on the side.（沙拉醬另外放。）

少冰是 light ice、去冰是 no ice；少糖是 less sugar／half sweet。

3. 店員加購時 → 要／不要怎麼回

Would you like to make that a combo? 是固定問法，回 Sure 或 No, just the…。

美國速食的加購問句很固定，聽到 combo／upsize 就是在問你要不要升級。

Okay, here’s the big picture. A drive-thru order is really just three steps. Step one, you order into the speaker box — the crew greets you and asks what you’d like.先講大架構。得來速點餐其實就三個步驟。第一步，你對著喇叭點餐，店員會先打招呼，問你要點什麼。

Let’s start with step one. When you order, don’t say ‘I want a burger.’ In English, that actually sounds a little pushy, like you’re just demanding it.先來講第一步。點餐的時候，不要說『I want a burger』，這樣聽起來有點強硬，好像在下命令一樣。
