台灣人最容易卡的雷:被扣款想討回時,直翻 “Please return my money.”(請把錢還我)聽起來像在吵架。道地的開法是先解釋、再用 “Is there any way to get a refund?”(有沒有辦法退費?)——客氣地把球丟回去,對方反而更願意幫你破例。

② 解釋「我忘了取消」

為什麼:”I have no memory” 直翻很怪。”I meant to…”(我本來打算)加上 “it slipped my mind”(一時忘了)既誠懇又自然,讓你聽起來是普通人疏忽,不是粗心大意。
③ 確認以後不再被扣款

為什麼:”take my money” 聽起來像被搶。用被動的 “be charged”(被收費)+ “make sure”(確認),是客服語境最標準、最有禮貌的講法。
