💡 先搞懂：「別暴雷」英文就是 no spoilers

catch up/ kætʃ ʌp / phr. v.
追上（進度）、趕上。追劇落後了要 catch up；跟好久不見的朋友敘舊也用 catch up。配 “behind”（落後）一起記：”I’m behind, I need to catch up.”

喊停爆雷的固定講法。要先警告對方你接下來要講劇情，就先說 “Spoiler alert!”（爆雷警告）。這組是聊劇的生存必備句。
