💡 先搞懂:聊健康飲食,重點是「口語」不是「營養學」

為什麼:”eat less” 文法沒錯但很平。”cut back on”(減量、但沒戒掉)是道地高頻說法,戒咖啡、減糖、少滑手機都用它。

為什麼:protein(蛋白質)不可數,不能說 “many protein / a protein”。道地是 “high in protein” 或 “packed with protein”。
