J: Right. So, let’s start with the big picture stuff. The first thing that jumps out is how they talk about the sheer size of it all.

J: Then they pivot right into the concert experience itself. And you need specific words for that, like…

M: So, let’s turn this into a few patterns you can use. How do you bring up information that you heard from someone else?

J: Okay, pattern number one.

M: It’s, “I heard that…” Emma uses it for the revenue number. It’s perfect for sharing a fact or a rumor without, you know, having to swear it’s 100% true.

J: It’s a great conversational tool. So what’s next? Describing the vibe?

M: Pattern number two is all about describing that feeling, something like, “The atmosphere was unbelievable.” It’s how you avoid sounding, well, a little boring.

J: And you can swap out “unbelievable” for other words, right? Like “electric” or “insane.”
