M: Pretty standard stuff on the surface, but there’s some really useful language in there.

J: Let’s break down some of that key vocabulary. This is like your toolkit for these kinds of conversations.

M: Right. First up, KPI. We heard David say, “Let’s go over your KPI results.” KPI just stands for Key Performance Indicator.
